A special Track at USC 2025
The Graduate Workshop is a dedicated special track at the 4th University Scholar Conference (USC 2025), designed exclusively for Master’s by Research and Ph.D. candidates from the School of Engineering, Kathmandu University.
This workshop provides graduate students with a platform to:
- Present their ongoing research in diverse fields of engineering.
- Receive constructive feedback from faculty experts and peers.
- Network with fellow researchers and explore interdisciplinary opportunities.
- Enhance their academic and professional profiles through scholarly exchange.

Open to all graduate research students (Master’s by Research & Ph.D.) from KU–SoE.
Covers all fields of engineering without restriction to specific thematic areas.
Paper Submission:
Follows the same schedule, guidelines, and evaluation criteria as USC 2025.
Abstracts and papers will be included in the official conference proceedings.
